Healthy Dinner

Last night Diane & I had Grilled Tuna with Steamed Spinash & Brown Rice


The tuna was brushed with EVOO (olive oil) & dusted with citrus grill spice. Cooced on a grill pan for 3-4 min. on each side til med. done .    The spinach was placed on the plate , tuna sliced in half & placed on top.


4 ounces of brown rice on the side.  I nice way to end a busy day.
