1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Medium Onion diced
1/8 tsp Nutmeg
4 Cups Chicken broth
1 1/2 Cups Water
1/3 Cup Rolled Oats
1 1/2 Pounds Broccoli ( florets , stems pealed & cut in 1/2 inch pices)
Cook onion in oil for about 5 minuts
add nutmeg, brouth, water, oats , & broccoli
simmer til broccoli is tender
puree in bleander season with salt & pepper
