New Zealand Greenshell Mussels Barbecue (6 servings)
36 greenshell mussels
3 ounces of honey
12 ounces of orange juice
6 ounces of EVOO
1 1/2 TBSP fresh thyme
Thaw mussels
Combine honey,oj,oil & thyme .
marinate mussels 10 minuts
Grill or bake til hot
